ABG Shipyard Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 26, 2015, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, including all amendments thereof, and the Insider Trading Code of the Company, the Trading Window will remain closed for all Designated Employees from May 18, 2015 to May 27, 2015 (inclusive of both days).
