Archies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the Second Quarter ended September 30, 2015.
Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the trading window of the Company will be closed with effect from October 26, 2015 to November 08, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the forthcoming Board Meeting of the Company to be held on November 06, 2015.
