The Real Estate Services segment performs master servicing; and provides loss mitigation services for primarily on its securitized long-term mortgage portfolio. The Long-Term Mortgage Portfolio segment acts as the master servicer for mortgages comprising collateralized mortgage obligation and real estate mortgage investment conduit securitizations.
