It is involved in the construction of commercial and non-commercial buildings; and supply and engagement of labor for the construction and development of projects. The company also trades... in ferrous and nonferrous metals. In addition, it offers raw materials/semi-finished products, such as pig and hot briquetted iron, as well as slabs, blooms, and billets; reinforcing bars comprising merchant bars, steel sections, and sheet piles; and wire rods, wire, and wire products that include welded and seamless pipe, OCTG pipe, and mechanical and structural tubing products. Further, the company provides flat products, such as hot rolled plates and coils/sheets, cold rolled coils/sheets, galvanized coils/sheets, aluminized coated coils/sheets, and pre-painted coils/sheets; steel alloyed and high-carbon steel products, which include forging-grade steel, forgings, and bright and stainless steel; and flexible wires and cables, as well as transmission and distribution conductors. It serves automotive, engineering, and oil and gas industries. The company was formerly known as Uni-Tubes Limited and changed its name to UTL Industries Limited in December 2013.
