Happy Steels, established in 1996 in Ludhiana, Punjab, is an integrated manufacturer of safety-critical forged and machined automotive components that has expanded from axle shafts for tractors into a broader portfolio spanning off-highway equipment, commercial vehicles, electric vehicles, and defence applications. Over time, it added heavier forging capacity, heat-treatment lines, a machine-component division, and CNC machining capabilities, which broadened its work from conventional forging to more complex, precision-engineered parts such as rear and front axle shafts, drive/transmission shafts, S-cam shafts, and spindles. Its core business centers on forging and machining load-bearing components for OEMs and Tier-I suppliers in India and overseas, supported by in-house raw-material handling, forging, heat treatment, precision machining, gear cutting, grinding, inspection, and packing. The company’s strengths include process integration, disciplined quality control, and a willingness to take on challenging specifications while adapting to evolving customer requirements across automotive and allied industrial segments.
