About NewMalayalam Steel Company

The company was established in 2017, originally taking over the entire business of M/s. Demac Steel, including its assets and liabilities, through a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) executed on August 7, 2017. The company specializes in the manufacturing of galvanised pipes, tubes, and sheets, which are primarily used in the construction sector, especially in households in Kerala. To reach a broader market, the company has built a network of dealers and distributors across Kerala, which helps in the distribution of products to local contractors and retailers. The company also sells products to Jaihind Steel Private Limited, a promoter group entity, which further distributes to wholesalers and construction agencies. The company has successfully established a strong brand under the name ‘Demac Steel’, with extensive demand for its products in Kerala.
