Mirae Asset CRISIL-IBX Financial Services 9-12 Months Debt Index Fund - Direct Plan is a debt mutual fund scheme of Mirae Asset Mutual Fund. Launched on June 25, 2025, it is currently managed by Pranavi Kulkarni. The fund has an expense ratio of 0.09% with an overall AUM (Assets Under Management) of ₹68 Cr.

Mirae Asset CRISIL-IBX Financial Services 9-12 Months Debt Index Fund - Direct Plan is mandated to invest in bonds such that the duration of the portfolio is between six to twelve months, and therefore it is suitable to invest in for a similar time frame. Being passively managed, it replicates the portfolio of its chosen benchmark index. The fund allows minimum lumpsum investment of ₹1,000 and minimum SIP of ₹99.

Investment Strategy

The scheme seeks to track the CRISIL-IBX Financial Services 9-12 Months Debt Index by investing in Commercial Papers (CPs), Certificates of Deposit (CDs) and Corporate Bond Securities, maturing in 9-12 months and seeks to generate returns that are commensurate (before fees and expenses) with the performance of the underlying Index, subject to tracking error

Suitability

Capital Gains Taxation

If investment is made on or after 1 April 2023: Entire amount of gain is added to the investors' income and taxed according to the applicable slab rate.
If investment is made before 1 April 2023:

Sold within 2 years from the date of investment: Gains are added to the investors' income and taxed according to the applicable slab rate.
Sold after 2 years from the date of investment: Gains are taxed at the rate of 12.5%.

No tax is to be paid as long as you continue to hold the units.
