About PGIM India Retirement Fund - Direct Plan
PGIM India Retirement Fund - Direct Plan is a equity mutual fund scheme of PGIM India Mutual Fund. Launched on April 15, 2024, it is currently managed by Puneet Pal, Vinay Paharia, Anandha Padmanabhan Anjeneyan and Vivek Sharma. The fund has an expense ratio of 0.70% with an overall AUM (Assets Under Management) of ₹95 Cr.
PGIM India Retirement Fund - Direct Plan is mandated to invest at least 25 per cent of its assets each in large, mid and small-cap stocks. Note that it carries a lock-in period of 5 years or till the investor attains retirement age, whichever is earlier. The fund allows minimum lumpsum investment of ₹1,000 and minimum SIP of ₹1,000.
Investment Strategy
The scheme seeks to provide capital appreciation and income to investors in line with their retirement goals by investing in a mix of securities comprising of equity, equity related instruments, REITs and InvITs, and fixed income securities.
