Consolidated: Audit Report or Limited Review not in prescribed format.2. Standalone: Audit Report or Limited Review not in prescribed format, in this regard, we would like to submit that, in the Report given by the Auditors on Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) as on Q-1 ended on 30th June, 2022, the word Review were inadvertently omitted and the heading of the report is written as Independent Auditor's Report, instead of Independent Auditor's Review Report on the unaudited (Standalone & Consolidated) financial results. Hence, the Report is to be considered and read as the Independent Auditor's Review Report and the review of the Statement is in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagement (SRE) 2410, Review of Interim Financial information performed by independent auditor of the entity, issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Independent Auditor's Review Report is as per the format prescribed by the SEBI.
