SNL Bearings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2013, inter alia, transacted the following :
1. As preference dividend continues to be in arrears, no dividend has been declared on the equity capital.
2. Considering the improved financial results, board has decided to pay dividend in arrears on 6% cumulative redeemable preference shares @ 6% for the period April 01, 2005 to March 31, 2006 aggregating Rs. 60.00 lacs.
