The Exchange had sought further update with respect to Honble Court matter to be held on November 20, 2015 from Financial Technologies (India) Ltd with respect to news article appearing in Mint on October 01, 2015 titled 'FTIL barred from issuing dividend'.
Financial Technologies (India) Ltd replied stating 'Please be informed that the next date of hearing in the matter of distribution of dividend to shareholders is scheduled on November 26, 2015.'
