In terms of Regulations 33(3)(b) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you that for the financial year 2018-19, the Company will be additionally submitting the unaudited consolidated financial results along with the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarters ending June, September and December, 2018.
In terms of Regulations 33(3)(e) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please also note that the Company will also be submitting the audited financial results in respect of the last quarter and the year, along with consolidated results within 60 days of the end of the financial year.
