In continuation of our earlier letter dated June 26 2025 under subject Closure of Trading Window under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain close till August 2 2025.
