In continuation to our earlier letter under reference Ref. No. VIPUL/SEC/VC/FY2017-18/1713 dated May 17, 2017, we would like to inform you that at the ensuing Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Monday, May 29, 2017, the Board will also consider the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) in terms of authorization granted by members of the Company vide special resolution passed by way of Postal Ballot on March 25, 2017.
