we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of our Company at its meeting held on today i.e. December 05 2022 inter-alia considered & approved the proposal for sale of entire equity shares i.e 5 00 000 shares held by the Company in Share India Commodity Brokers Private Limited (Associate Company). Pursuant to the aforesaid transfer of shares the Share India Commodity Brokers Private Limited would cease to be Associate of the Company.
