Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Regulation shall remain closed from 31st January, 2019 until 13th February, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of taking record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2018.
