NXTDigital: Approval From Competition Commission Of India (CCI)

The Exchange and Investors are hereby informed that Company had recieved approval from CCI for proposed combination under sub section (1) of section 31 of Competition Act 2002 in conection with proposed scheme of Merger by Absorption of Hinduja Leyland Finance Limited (HLFL) ("Transferor Company")into NDL Ventures Limited( formerly know as NXTDIGITAL Limited) ("Transferee Company") and respective shareholders under section 232 and othe applicable provisions of Companies Act 2013.
