Further to our letter dated November 14 2018 on the captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A (1) (ii) (a) of Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (the Listing Regulations) we write to inform you that the purchase consideration for the transaction entered into on 17th September 2018 in terms of para 3 of clause 2 of the transaction document is now Rs.24 09 73 110/- (which was earlier at Rs.48 19 46 220/-) for acquisition of 1 27 499 equity shares in the share capital of E Commerce Magnum Solution Limited.
