VIP Industries: Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) we hereby notify that the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax Maharashtra on February 24 2026 initiated inspection/search proceedings at the Companys registered office and manufacturing unit situated in Nashik in the State of Maharashtra. The inspection/search proceeding is ongoing and the Company is extending full co-operation and assistance in this regard. Kindly take the same on record.
