This is to inform that the Board of Directors of Rupa & Company Limited (the Company) at their Meeting held today has inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2025 pursuant to Regulation 33 and 52 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.The said Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results along with the Limited Review Reports issued by M/s. Singhi & Co.
