The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for the Directors Key Managerial Personnel Designated Employees and immediate relatives of respective persons aforementioned from April 6 2019 till 48 hours after announcement of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2019.
