Sanofi India: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Directorate

The Board in its meeting held on 25th February 2026 on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of shareholders has approved the appointment of Mrs. Rajani Kesari as an Independent Director with effect from 01st April 2026 and Ms. Sudipta Chakraborty as Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from 01st March 2026. Further the Board has also noted the resignation of Mr. Rodolfo Hrosz as Non - Executive Director of the Company with effect from 28th February 2026.
