Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) and in accordance with the requirements of sub-clause 16(l) of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that the Honble NCLT Ahmedabad vide its Order IA No. 67 of 2020 in C.P. No. (IB) 594 of 2018 dated January 31 2020 has allowed the exclusion of 41 days from the CIRP period and hence the CIRP period in which 270 days expired on January 21 2020 extends accordingly.
