Stanley Lifestyles: Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligation And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 {SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015}

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time this is to inform you that a license agreement has been executed between HILKER FAR EAST LIMITED (Hilker) STANLEY RETAIL LIMITED (SRL) and STANLEY LIFESTYLES LIMITED (SLL). Wherein Hilker would grant a manufacturing license through which SRL and SLL would obtain exclusive right to manufacture retail and distribute Hilker products for an agreed royalty.
