Resignation of Mr. Ravishankar Singh (Membership No.- A22957) from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. closing hours of June 30 2022.2. Appointment of Ms. Pooja Patwa (Membership No.- A60986) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. July 01 2022.The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09 2015 are enclosed as Annexure 1.
