In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with BSEs Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02 2019 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July 2019 for the Officers and Designated Employees and their immediate relatives till (Forty Eight) 48 hours from the date of declaration of Financial Result for the quarter ended June 30 2019.
