Attaching the copy of the Affidavit filed by Mrs.Jamuna Sounderam an Independent Director of the Company before the Honble High Court of Madras today (13.6.24) informing that she has been repeatedly chased by Binny Officials particularly by one Mr.Rajaganapathy Company Secretary and Mrs.Sumathi Ramesh Babu(3rd Respondent) daughter of Shri M.Nandagopal to sign backdated minutes of meeting dated 30.4.2024 14.5.2024 and she has denied the same.
