Kemrock Industries and Exports Ltd has informed BSE that a reference has been filed by the Company to the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction ('the Board') in term of the Provision of 15(1) of Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provision) Act (SICA), 1985.
The Honble Board has communicated vide their letter dated October 19, 2015 that, the aforesaid reference has been registered with BIFR.
