This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insiders the trading window for dealing in equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for insider from Wednesday October 01 2025 till the end of 48 (Forty Eight) Hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting for declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2025.
