Pursuant to Regulations 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 14th August, 2018, inter alia:

(i) To consider and approve and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2018 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations;
(ii) To consider and approve and recommend to the shareholders- proposal for issue and allotment of secured/ unsecured non-convertible debentures;
(iii) To consider and approve and recommend to the shareholders- proposal for issue of equity shares and / or any other security convertible into equity.
