N2N Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 18, 2015, has been decided in principally that the stake in subsidiary company DSR Infotech Ltd. shall be reduced to 51% from 68.39% by selling the same to other interested body corporate(s) and/ or Individual (s) at or above fair value of the Company per share as may be arrived by valuer.
