2. Dividend and Book closureThe Board of Directors of the Company proposed dividend of Rs. 25 /- (Rupees twenty five) per equity share for the year ended March 31 2022 which is subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General meeting (AGM) to be held on July 29 2022.Accordingly the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain closed from July 16 2022 to July 22 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the Members to receive dividend.
