This is to inform you that as per regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI ( LODR ) Regulations 2015 the company had despatched notice of Postal Ballot on 13th July 2022 and e-voting was open from 14th July 2022 up to 12th August 2022. The report of scrutinizer - Mr. A. K. Labh on the e-voting for Postal Ballot has been received and is attached herewith. Accordingly special resolution for appointment of Mr. Ranjit Pamo Lala as Director and his designation as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 15th May 2022 has been passed with requisite majority.
