1. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGThe 19th AGM of the Company shall be held on Thursday 23rd July 2026 at 02.00 pm through VC / OAVM 2. RECORD DATE & CUT-OFF DATEJuly 16 2026 is declared as the record date for the purpose of AGM. July 16 2026 is also declared as the cut-off date for the purpose of reckoning the shareholders eligible to vote on resolutions proposed at the ensuing AGM.
