Limited Review Report in respect of the Unaudited Financial Results furnished by Statutory Auditors of the Company.Further we are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today inter alia have declared an Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 of Rs. 160 per Equity Share (including a one-time special dividend of Rs. 50 per Equity Share).
