Dear Sir / Madam In terms of Regulation 33(3) read with 33(5) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 Agrimony Commodities Limited (the Company) is obliged to submit the Standalone Audited financial results for the half year and year ended March 31 2022 on or before May 30 2022. Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD-1114212018 dated November 19 2018 we wish to inform BSE Limited and the investors of the Company that the Company was not able to submit the aforesaid results in a timely manner due to a medical exigency. In consideration of said reason the finalization of results was not possible. However the Company is taking all efforts to submit the Audited financial results for the half year and year ended March 31 2022 as early as possible.We request you to please take the reason disclosed herein on record and condone the delay.
