The Company received a request for issuance of duplicate share certificate in lieu of lost/misplaced Share Certificate No. 206678.
The same was intimated to the Stock Exchanges on 26th July 2019 and the Company also issued a caution notice on newspaper on 27th July 2019 stating that not to trade/deal with such lost/misplaced Share Certificate and to lodge claim/objection either with the Company or with the RTA within 15 days from the date of issue of such caution notice. In this connection neither the Company nor the RTA received any claim/objection till 11th August 2019.
Therefore the Company issued duplicate Share Certificate No. 207824 in lieu of the lost/misplaced Share Certificate No. 206678.
Further the Company requests all the stakeholders not to trade/deal with the lost/misplaced Share Certificate No. 206678 and surrender the same either to the Company or to the RTA if found by anybody.
