Wrong update done by Mr Arvind Nandagopal former Managing Director of Binny Ltd by hacking the user ID and password of Binny BSE login to destabilize the company. It is corrected with this update. Mr M Nandagopal Chairman & Managing Director appointed by shareholders in their general meeting for 5 years from Sep 23 did not resign and continue to occupy the position. Company is taking legal action against Mr Arvind for this false propaganda. Chairman and MD letter attached.
