1. Mr. Sudhir Gurunath Koppikar has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from March 20, 2014.
2. Mr. Sudhir Gurunath Koppikar has also resigned from the Audit Committee and in his place Mr. Satya Swaroop is appointed as the member of the Audit Committee with effect from the same date.
