R.S. Software (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has made further investment of Rs. 5,90,00,000 in Paypermint Private Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary for allotment of 59,00,000 equity shares of 10 each.
Further, the Company is no longer holding the entire shareholdings of ?Paypermint Private Limited?.
