We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. December 15 2025 approved revised Policy for determining Materiality of Events / Information and authorised few Key Managerial Personnel for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information & making disclosures to stock exchanges under the SEBI LODR Regulations.
