ADVENT COMPUTER SERVICES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2019 inter alia to consider and approve 1.To consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September 2019 and Limited Review thereon.
2.To take note and record of the various compliance filed with Exchanges for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2019 as required under Listing agreement read with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
3.To discuss any other matters with the permission of the Chair.
