The Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e February 13 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved the request letters received from the members of promoters group for their re-classification into public category shareholders of the company. The extract of the minutes of the aforesaid meeting is enclosed pursuant to regulation 31A(8) of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015.
