This is to inform you that the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday 28th September 2026 at 12:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) For the aforesaid purpose the Company has fixed Monday 21st September 2026 as the cut-off date to determine the entitlement of voting rights of members opting for e-voting.
