Ybrant Digital Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on April 09, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following decisions:
1. Approved the consolidation of the Business operations of some of its subsidiaries to its new subsidiary - Ybrant Digital Cayman Limited (YDCL).
2. Delegation of necessary powers to the Board of YDCL.
