In continuation to our submission of the voting results and Scrutinizers Report for the 46th AGM held on 31st July 2026 we hereby update the Stock Exchange on the below matter as approved by the shareholders at the AGM:Declaration of Dividend of Rs. 1.00 (10%) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- for the financial year 2025-26. The proposed date of payment of Final Dividend to the Shareholders is 28th August 2026.
