Please be informed that Ms. Priya Nair has resigned as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from Thursday October 31 2019.
The Company has accepted her resignation and relieved her from responsibilities with effect from Thursday October 31 2019.
Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary Ms. Priya Nair also ceases to be the Compliance Officer of the Company.
