1. The Board has approved Re-appointment of M/s. Amruta Kothari & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the Financial Years 2016-17 and 2017-18.
2. The Board has approved Re-appointment of M/s Amruta Kothari & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as Internal Auditors of the Company for the Financial Years 2016-17 and 2017-18.
