The 47th AGM of the company scheduled to be held on Wednesday The 16.09.2026 at 10.00 a.m at the registered office of the company through video conference as permitted by MCA circular dated 19.09.2024/ in view of Covid-19 -Pandemic and hence the share transfer books remain closed from 10.09.2026 to 16.09.2026 both days inclusive as per REG 42 of SEBI (LODR Regulation 2015) and section 91 of the companies act 2013.
