In compliance with Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 2016 we are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held today i.e. Saturday 26th June 2021 have approved the Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021.

2.Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021.
